Full Episode: 5 Luxurious Spaces that Teem with Glamour & Effortless Flow | Open House TV

Welcome to another episode of Open House, hosted by Sara Gore, as we explore five breathtaking homes packed with glamour and effortless flow across New York and California.

We kick things off at 1 Central Park South, PH2003/PH2009 aka the pinnacle (literally) of luxury living. This sumptuous home consists of two neighboring penthouses — a duplex and triplex — that have been combined for elevated level of grandeur, customized touches, and natural light! Located at the top of the historic Plaza Hotel in New York City, this luxurious 7-bedroom home spans 10,290 square feet and comes with a 110-ft terrace, its own private elevator, and offers a front row s eat to Central Park. Join agent Nikki Field for a full tour of this magnificent space — designed as an homage to over a century of luxury at the Plaza.

Up next? Raising a glass to the good life! Join the Garcia twins — wrestlers-turned-vintners Brie and Nikki (aka the Bella twins) — at their very own tasting room: Bonita Bonita speakeasy. Nestled in downtown Napa Valley, this stylish wine club — with its original artwork, vintage décor, and moody dark blue walls — is inspired by badass women, boasts over 600 members who enjoy gathering for a glass (or two) of natural sauvignon blanc and vibrant conversation, and celebrates the twins’ rich family history of farmers, visionaries, and artists. (And yes, for those of you wondering: a secret bookshelf is part of this one-of-a-kind experience.)

After that, we venture over to the Upper East Side to join designer and entrepreneur Patricia Voto — who’s the founder of the fashion brand ONE/OF — at her apartment and atelier on the Upper East Side. With an aesthetic that Voto describes as “romantic and a bit eclectic,” this home transports you to a scene in Paris the moment you step into the foyer with its gold mirror, floral rug, and console with the hand-painted flowers. Every surface in this apartment is either for flowers or for fashion — an ode to all the things that she loves — and that is evident throughout the home’s design fabric. ONE/OF only uses existing materials to create garments and Voto has carried that ethos into the layout of her home, including using a leftover piece of marble for a dining table. From the glamorous showroom that houses a mood board that outlines her creative ideas (and also functions as her dining area), to the inviting terrace right outside to the living space with its beveled mirror and antique pastry shelf from a French boulangerie, this residence is as stylish as it is thoughtful — a warm & welcoming New York home with European flair.

We then drop by 2150 Broadway (a unique building that blends into the neighborhood on a human scale) to join Jennifer Kalish for a peek around unit #PHA: an expansive penthouse that offers 4100 sq ft of contemporary luxury. This sophisticated space blends old-world charm with modern conveniences and is located right in the heart of the Upper West Side. With its picturesque wall of windows in the great room that offer phenomenal views of Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and the Manhattan skyline , a landscaped rooftop deck equipped with an outdoor kitchen and multiple lounging options, private Juliet balcony, and soaring 10-ft ceilings in the living room this 5-bedroom residence offers areas that are defined with a sense of purpose and is the perfect venue for hosting elegant summer soirees.

We complete this week’s episode at Lynn Stone’s home in Manhattan Beach. Despite living only blocks from the beach, the interior designer private residence is so lush in coziness, it’s hard to imagine anyone would ever want to leave the neutral tones of this ocean-inspired sanctuary. From the moment you walk in, a view of the shoreline through a beautiful bay window captures your gaze. And with natural elements guiding your way through the home, including a succulent wall as the kitchen’s backdrop, it’s easy to feel right at home.
