Our approach is very different than the marketplace, okay? We’re not about urgency. What we want to teach you is how to build with really good solid fundamentals based on proven principles.

And so what we’re going to do is start you off with a plan, and then work a strategy that meets the market, not only the current market, the market we’re likely to be moving into. One of the biggest challenges in the industry is when you buy a property, what they do is they show you a cashflow that basically says, here’s the rent, here’s the mortgage you’re going to pay. This is a profit. Okay. And they might have a few fees and charges there, but the reality is they don’t give you a full picture.

The property is actually going to cost you over a period of two years. We do, we have the most comprehensive cashflow worksheet on the marketplace and has been for 20 years now, have still haven’t been in the sales process because it’s more complex and we have to explain it. But when you understand it, you realise that this is the minimum standard that should be out there.

Well, we research, we negotiate. Yeah, we do the sales progression. So, you know, from solicitors, mortgages, all that sort of stuff. So we make sure they get the job done on time and we update you. Okay. But we also do things like let and manage your property. On an ongoing basis. And then, you know, we even do resales for you when you come time to sell and refurbs, remortgages, all that sort of stuff.
That will happen over the ownership of a property, but we’ll be there with you to deal with not only the emotional side of it, but also the physical side of you may have to do a remortgage. You may have to sell a property to get some equity and so you’re in a better position. You may have to consider a tax liability or capital gains or things like this. Okay and look, bottom line is our whole philosophy is to set and forget.

Okay and look, bottom line is our whole philosophy is to set and forget. Effortless property investment, effortless property management and I think this is the key here is that, you know, you’re busy. You’re busy with your career, with your family, with your passions, whatever they are. Okay and what we want to do is build that level of trust and in order to do that you’re going to have a dedicated property consultant who’ll be your day-to-day go-to guy on all matters of property.

Okay then you’ll have a portfolio manager who’s more the strategic direction. They’re not looking to sell your properties. What they’re looking to do is strategise and work out the best way to get the most out of your portfolio and then you have a dedicated property manager who basically looks after your properties.
