Okay and look, bottom line is our whole philosophy is to set and forget. Effortless property investment, effortless property management and I think this is the key here is that, you know, you’re busy. You’re busy with your career, with your family, with your passions, whatever they are. Okay and what we want to do is build that level of trust and in order to do that you’re going to have a dedicated property consultant who’ll be your day-to-day go-to guy on all matters of property.
Okay then you’ll have a portfolio manager who’s more the strategic direction. They’re not looking to sell your properties. What they’re looking to do is strategise and work out the best way to get the most out of your portfolio and then you have a dedicated property manager who basically looks after your properties.
