Well, we research, we negotiate. Yeah, we do the sales progression. So, you know, from solicitors, mortgages, all that sort of stuff. So we make sure they get the job done on time and we update you. Okay. But we also do things like let and manage your property. On an ongoing basis. And then, you know, we even do resales for you when you come time to sell and refurbs, remortgages, all that sort of stuff.
That will happen over the ownership of a property, but we’ll be there with you to deal with not only the emotional side of it, but also the physical side of you may have to do a remortgage. You may have to sell a property to get some equity and so you’re in a better position. You may have to consider a tax liability or capital gains or things like this. Okay and look, bottom line is our whole philosophy is to set and forget.
