Despite the Political incompetence which is commonplace they have finally (5 years later) come up with a framework for the Cladding and associated building safety issues.
It will mean that if you own more than 3 properties you may be liable to pay the full remediation costs for your properties which are over 11m high.
If you own under then it will depend on the situation which I explain in this video.
